Measurements with results straight away

All measurements are taken at the clinic, and you get your results on the spot. The measurements reveal the "grey areas" you cannot feel yourself - such as raised blood pressure, cholesterol or blood sugar - so you can act before things develop.

Confidential health conversation

Experienced healthcare professionals go through your results with you in a motivating conversation with concrete recommendations. If any values should be looked into further, we guide you on to your own doctor.

Personal health profile

You take home your personal health profile, where you can see whether your values are in the normal or the risk zone - and follow your progress the next time you have a health check.

Fitness test (VO2 max)

Have your fitness level (VO2 max) measured lying down with a small sensor on your breastbone - no workout clothes, no sweat. Your fitness level is one of the strongest single markers of your health and complements blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.

Assessed by a dermatologist

Skin and mole check

We photograph your moles with a dermatoscope, and the images are assessed by a specialist in dermatology. You receive the answer directly from the dermatologist.

No referral needed

Blood tests

Add blood tests to your health check, such as vitamins, thyroid or your own list of tests. The samples are analysed in a laboratory, and you receive your results digitally.

2. We measure and talk things through

At the clinic, experienced healthcare professionals take all the measurements and go through the results with you in a confidential health conversation.

3. Home with your health profile

You take home your personal health profile and concrete recommendations. If any values are outside the normal range, we recommend a follow-up with your own doctor.

Frequently asked questions about health checks

The Mini health check (DKK 295, 15 min.) is a body composition analysis plus blood pressure and pulse - a quick basic check. The Small health check (DKK 695, 30 min.) measures blood pressure and pulse, haemoglobin, total cholesterol, long-term blood sugar (HbA1c), body composition and body age. The Large health check (DKK 895, 40 min.) includes all of this and adds LDL and HDL cholesterol, triglycerides and measurement of lung function (spirometry) and peak flow. The Full health check (DKK 3,495, about 60 min.) combines the Large health check, a fitness test (VO2 max), a mole check of up to three moles assessed by a dermatologist and the basic blood test package in one visit.

No. The measurements require no fasting or other preparation - come as you are. You do not need a referral from your own doctor either.
