Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral?
No. At NurseCare you book a time yourself, without a referral, for blood tests, health checks, mole checks and vaccination at the clinic at Rømersgade 3 in Copenhagen K.
How do I get my results?
You get blood test results on sundhed.dk, usually within 1-3 working days, together with a personal results letter that explains your numbers. If your results need follow-up, we will call you. At a health check you get the results straight away, and the dermatologist's assessment of moles within a week - usually after 48 hours.
What if I do not know which blood test I need?
Then we will help you. Call +45 70 20 22 32 or write to support@nursecare.dk, and together we will find the blood test or service that makes sense for you. Where is the clinic?
NurseCare's clinic is at Rømersgade 3, 1362 Copenhagen K - by Israels Plads and Torvehallerne, a few minutes' walk from Nørreport. The clinic is open Monday-Friday 8.00-17.00.
