Vaccination at work

A healthy workplace does not happen by itself. Flu, TBE, COVID-19 and hepatitis - given by experienced nurses during working hours

We come to you anywhere in Denmark and vaccinate your employees during working hours - nurses with 25 years of experience. We handle sign-up, documentation and recalls, so all you need to do is provide a room.

Or send your employees to our clinic

Individual employees and small groups can be vaccinated at our clinic on Rømersgade in Copenhagen. With a company agreement, employees book their own appointments - and you receive a single invoice once a month.

The employer's responsibility

For several occupational groups, vaccination is a legal requirement that the employer must arrange and pay for - for example wastewater worker vaccination under the rules of the Danish Working Environment Authority (Arbejdstilsynet). For everyone else, vaccination at work is an inexpensive insurance: fewer sick days, less infection between colleagues and a stronger profile as a caring employer.

How it works

1. You choose the vaccines, and we agree on dates

We advise on which vaccinations are relevant for your employees - and put together a plan that fits around your operations.

2. Drop-in at an agreed time or online booking

Employees book their own appointment online or drop by during the agreed time slot - the nurse vaccinates at the workplace during working hours.

3. Documentation and recalls

All vaccinations are recorded in the Danish Vaccination Register (DDV), and we keep track of dose schedules and recalls.
